• Final pricing may vary after site measurements and product customization.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Customized products may require advance payment before production.

4. Orders & Installation

• Orders are confirmed only after approval of the quotation and receipt of any applicable advance payment.

• Installation dates are scheduled based on product availability and customer confirmation.

• Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the installation area.

5. Payments

• Payments shall be made using the payment methods accepted by MosqGuard.

• Full payment must be completed as per the agreed terms before or upon completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty

• Warranty, where applicable, covers manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

• Warranty terms may vary depending on the product.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information during enquiries and orders.

• Ensure the installation site is accessible.

• Inspect the completed installation and report any concerns promptly.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders for customized products may not be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

• Any approved refund will be processed according to MosqGuard's refund policy.

• Advance payments for customized products may be non-refundable after production starts.

9. Limitation of Liability

MosqGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
